Ate at around 8pm, woke up out of my sleep in the middle of the night with stomach pain and was throwing up.

Veggie Burrito Vomiting Incident

Ate lunch at Chipotle; veggie burrito with brown rice, black beans, guacamole, cheese and sour cream. 40 minutes later, violent vomiting at work. Still at work. Uninsured.
