Bought carry out orders of chicken and beef rice bowls for lunch. After having the food, within 2 hours got a terrible headache. Even taking a Tylenol didn’t help. Even today still severe headache and nausea and vomiting.

My wife, daughter and I had Veggie Bowl and all 3 of us were sick.
My wife had stomach cramps and acid reflux for next 3 days.
I have diarrhea for 2 days and my daughter was feeling dizziness and fatigue for next entire day/ | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Dizziness, Fatigue, Acid reflux

Pork Quesadilla Illness Outbreak

My son had a kid’s meal with pork quesadilla, rice, cheese on July 14th. The next day he had nausea, vomiting and diarrhea which lasted about 24 hours. I had a salad with pork, rice, mild salsa, veggies, cheese and sour cream. Now I am sicker than a dog vomiting and diarrhea constantly.

Chipotle Veggie Bowl Illness

Went to chipotle at like 9 pm. Got a veggie bowl. At 11 pm, I got slight discomfort in the stomach but nothing serious. At 10 the next day, I started having to go to the bathroom 4-5 every 20 min. After that, I threw up, and the pain in my stomach started receding. Never going to that chipotle again
