I ate chipotle yesterday 11/15 around 3-3:30pm. I had a large chips and queso and a carne asada quesadilla. Ate everything. Around 6-6:30pm I started getting an upset stomach while at work. I decided to leave and go sit in my car until I felt better to... See More resume work. I ended up taking a nap in my car woke up around 8:30-9pm. Five minutes into awaking I get a very strong nausea feeling. Another five minutes I am leaning outside of my car throwing up profusely; contents were queso colored throw up, black beans, white cheese bits, and rice. Threw up 4 times then chilled out for 30 minutes. Decide to go back to my office at work I drink two small cups of cold water. Not even 10mins after I am throwing up the water and more chipotle bits into a trash can. I decide it’s time to go home now. When I get home I am drained from all the vomiting so I jump straight into my bed. Two to three minutes of laying down I have to run to my bathroom to vomit again! I will say this the prep counter was gross the foods were cross contaminating by the way they were preparing it. When one of the employees was preparing food for customer in front of us he accidentally got extra food on the outside container of the guac dish it fell onto counter he then pushed it back into there serving bowl of guacamole, then another employee got sour cream into another side. That's why we only chose the corn & salsa. I realize it gets busy but way too much food cross contamination. The FSIS announced the recall of approximately 708 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) beef and poultry products by Pelleh Poultry Corp that may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes. These products were shipped to retail and institutional locations in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. There have been no... The list of the recalled products is in the images below. These products were packaged on various dates from October 25, 2023, through November 20, 2023, and bear establishment number “EST. P44121” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
The problem was discovered when the establishment notified FSIS that its laboratory testing indicated the product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumer or institutional refrigerators or freezers. Do not consume the recalled products. Institutions are urged not to serve these products.

Salmonella is an organism which can cause serious and sometime fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
