Ordered 2 bowls, one steak one chicken. with corn, lettuce, salsa, fajitas with large guacamole and chips. Symptoms began 12 hours after ingestion and still ongoing.

Chicken and rice with pico 4 days, my son, that’s the only thing all week he ate different from the rest of us. Fever, vomiting, diarrhea, worst I have ever seen. Went to Dr then next day went to hospital. ER said food poisoning. Vomiting lasted 3 days, diarrhea more, fever 5 days
