On 2/11/19 I had a chicken burrito bowl with Brown rice, black beans, pico, corn salsa, lettuce, and quacamole. 5 hrs later i started to have a very bad cramping and have very bad diarrhea today.

Third time getting sick from Chipotle. Tried ordering something different to see if I still got sick. Sure enough, same thing all over again- intense stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Today it was the chicken burrito. Last time it was a bowl. First time it was a taco.
