Eat carnitas burrito with black beans, cheese. Sour cream, and white rice. The rice did not taste entirely cook. Started throwing up 6 hours later.

I ate at this restaurant two days in a row and both days I was nauseous following a headache and diarrhea. I finally threw up the third day but was unable to fully function for a week afterwards. I ate there on the 6th and 7th of July, threw up the 8th and felt horrible the following week.
