2/10/18 I ordered a Half chicken/half steak burrito with sour cream, hot salsa, corn, and veggies instead of beans. Haven't been able to eat anything since, everything going right threw me.

Had a steak bowl at the laval truck stop chipotle (base of the grapevine) about 12 hours later I was very sick. Currently on day 2 of the poisoning. Can't keep anything down, lots of vomiting and diarrhea, cramps and chills.

We had stopped at this location on our roadtrip. I ordered a sofritas bowl. 30minutes onto the road after I ate I started to feel sharp pains. The cramps were unbearable. We had to stop at a gas station and that's when I had diarrhea not once…

On 09-26-2016 at around 1240 hours, we stopped by to grab a bite. I had a steak burrito. Half hour later had bad cramping and diarrhea. Had to stop on the way home to use the restroom.
