At 10 PM on Wednesday 8/16/2023 I ordered 6 hamburger patties with grilled onions at here in Lebec, California. I ate a plain hamburger and fries at 2:30pm. At around 5:30pm I started feeling very sluggish and weak all of a sudden and broke out in a fever.
