I ate a plain hamburger and fries at 2:30pm. At around 5:30pm I started feeling very sluggish and weak all of a sudden and broke out in a fever. A few minutes later the stomach cramps broke out and the urge to vomit. Been having diarrhea ever since (about 2 hours)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Other, Cramps, Weakness
