I ate there 5/6/23 around 12:45pm for lunch & about an hour after eating I felt sick. I had to leave a wedding and miss the reception because I couldn’t stop throwing up in the bathroom. Alcohol was not involved and now I am having cold sweats…

I had a chicken burrito at chipotle and later that night I had severe diarrhea at least 5 times, vomited twice and felt nauseous throughout the night

Chipotle Bowl Illness Report

Ate a chicken bowl with rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, and tomatoes around 12pm on the 16th. I felt a bit off with a racing heartbeat. Around 10pm I had diarrhea every 10-15 minute bathroom visits until 4 am. At 12am I was throwing up the black beans. It was my first time eating there.
