On 11/14, I had burrito bowl (white rice, chicken, mild salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, lettuce and cheese). Later that evening, I threw up everything and have had diarrhea, cramps and a headache ever since ai threw up.

Went there yesterday around 8:40pm ordered salad with chicken, salsa, black beans, sour cream, white rice. I went to bed and around 4am I woke up wit terrible cramps nausea vommiting and diarrhea I couldn’t sleep and had to call off from work
