08/27/2018 for lunch - I became very gassy during the night of 8/27/18. The gassy/bloated feeling continued all of Tuesday, 08/28/2018, into Wednesday morning. This was accompanied by both diarrhea and severe abdominal cramping (both upper and lower areas).

At a chicken bowl of Chipotle for lunch in Rockford on 8/7. Stomach starting aching shortly afterward and then diarrhea. Notice place was not clean and should of walked out immediately. Won't make that mistake again.

All started around 5 this morning, I've never had Chipotle before. However, I have had food poisoning before, and I definitely have it from Chipotle because that's all I had last night. KEEP YOUR FOOD WARM AND WASH YOUR HANDS PEOPLE
