Burrito Bowl Causes Illness

Ordered a chicken burrito bowl with black beans, sour cream, queso, lettuce, Pico and hot sauce. 2 hrs after eating it my stomach was bloated and hurting, a couple hours after that I started vomiting and having diarrhea. That was 7 hrs ago and I'm still feeling horrible.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Steak Salad Bowl Illness

I'm currently in the toilet, my stomach doesn't like the salad bowl with Steak, Quest,Sour Cream, Lettuce and Guacamole and I think my stomach is halfway getting rid of it  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
