Instructed to remove all droppings, clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces. Have premises serviced by pest control company. Priority violation: 7-42-090, citation issued. Today 1-20-21 re-inspection requested by owner we still observed mice droppings in different location of premises. Over 50 rodent droppings. Also a live adult roach in the kitchen inside the microwave. Instructed to remove all droppings, clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces. Eliminate pest activity. Have premises serviced by pest control company.

Despite this treatment his state of health did not improve and her stool became more and more hemorrhagic. He went back to the Doctor Monday who prescribed antibiotics plus medical examinations. Being on vacation at the time of the first symptoms, he had no external contact more than 15 days before.
