I ate at the In n Out Burger in Reno on Sunday, August 12th. I awoke around 9 hours after eating to wrenching stomach pains and diarrhea for hours. After expelling all the waste I was defacating blood for around 7 hours until the spasms finally relaxed.... See More It was awful. Did you report this at In-N-Out corporate? They take all the details, crunch the data and if it suspects food poisoning, they contact the store. My wife had the same symptoms you did twice recently at the Surprise store. I ate the same but didn't get sick either time.
My wife and I were enjoying a nice evening for some food that would make us feel full and satisfied. On the contrary, we both received both of our burgers and started to almost the end of our meal when I happened to pull out a piece... The next day I began to get the runs and some vomiting to go along with it while I was at work. Luckily my wife might have dodged a bullet, but for me it has been with me for 3 days already and I’m getting doctors help to see what he could prescribe for me.I did inform the local health department about the indecent and even emailed them photos of the plastics found. I hope I get over this soon as I had to miss some days of work because of it. This is not acceptable by any means and I would have thought that this restaurant chain was held to a higher standard, boy was I deceived.

The recalled product was distributed in retail stores in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois. 1 reaction has been reported to date in connection with this recall.
The product comes in a printed plastic package marked with “Our Family Hot Dog Buns 8 ct.” on the top and has a blue twist tie. The product UPC is 0-70253-75107-3, and include Best By Dates 4-9-2023 and earlier.
The recall was initiated after it was discovered the sesame-containing product was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of sesame. Production of the product has been suspended until the FDA and Aunt Millie’s complete their investigation and are certain the market has been cleared of any incorrect packaging.
Consumers who have purchased "Our Family Hot Dog Buns 8 ct." are urged to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
