Clostridium botulinum is a bacterium that produces a potent neurotoxin. If you consume food contaminated with this bacterium, it can lead to botulism, a serious illness. Got home about 6pm and had very bad diarrhea with worse stomach cramps. Started having fever, chills, vomiting , and diarrhea all night long. The next day Thursday I felt nauseous, whole body hurts, constant Diarrhea with some vomiting of the water I was doing from feeling dehydrated. This lasted all day into the night. Tried to eat some food, but did not keep much of it down. Friday I still have Diarrhea, cramps,, whole body aches and dehydration. Today Saturday I still have diarrhea, cramps and my knee and hip joints hurt.
