Taco Dinner Sparks Illness

I ordered a steak taco dinner around 4 PM . After I was done with my meal I started to feel a stomach ache. Right before bed I began to feel feverish symptoms. I woke up around 1 am and felt nauseated. I quickly ran to the bathroom and began to vomit followed by diarrhea.
