Ordered a steak bowl with queso, salsa, lettuce and cheese. And the next day was immediately nauseous, diarrhea and vomiting. Had to leave work early because of this also have to go to urgent care for medicine to hopefully stop the pain and diarrhea

I ate Qudoba around 7:30 on April 21st. I put half white and half brown rice, lettce, cheese, queso, Black beans, sour cream and mild salsa. I woke up the next day with bad diareha, a fever, and neausa along with dizziness. I had work 9-3 on…
