Roast beef foot-long sub with Swiss cheese mayo mustard lettuce tomato onion. Within four hours was projectile vomiting every half hour. Could not keep anything down including water. Explosive liquid diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
