NOT SURE, I ordered a steak burrito supreme( and received, according to my receipt, a beef burrito supreme...) and soggy nacho fries....the burrito was luke warm and very smushy when I started to eat it... Well I received my burrito, it was very smooshy and lukewarm,when I
went to eat it. I had noticed when I opened the bag of food, it smelled like Chinese food which was weird to me, but I was hungry. When I bit into the burrito I noticed there was no crunchiness or kind of texture,, besides mush.There were obviously no vegetables, sour cream,, rice,, lettuce, tomatoes,or anything like that .I dont even think there was any meat in it.. I started to scarf it dwn(despite my unsuited re: the smell texture, and temp .. I was starving..it was dark ,and I just didn't even think it could actually b scary.. I ate my soggy nacho fries and cheese.... then ate 1/2 of the burrito in parking lot. The time in between eating the 1st half and 2nd half was app. 1 .5 hrs..I BIT into the other half, and a long piece of what I thought might be lettuce flung down on my lip. I thought it was weird how long it was I'm going to look like, but I did anyways thinking you'll be okay. I finished most of the other half burrito then proceeded to go home approximately 2.5 hours later, , I noticed my stomach seems a little upset . I ended up having to run to the restroom. Having horrible ,horrible cramps, debiIitating. Abdominal cramps , i then proceeded to have severe diarrhea while cramping severely. I then went back to watch TV. About 30 minutes later had to run to the bathroom again, with severe cramps ,sweating, and I proceeded to have diarrhea, but not very much because I hadn't eaten anything but that mystery burrito and your Fry's. I was in the bathroom for approximately two hours sitting on the toilet, involuntarily trying to have a bowel movement ,CRAMPING SEVERELY, I then proceeded to dry heave and A small amount of burrito MYSTERY orange stuff came out. I spent most of my night in the bathroom, I then drank about half a thing of water ,and as soon as I got that down 10 minutes later I had to run to the bathroom AGAIN.I was no longer able to hold THE WATER IN . I'm still very nauseous my stomach Burns,CRAMPS, MAKES AWFUL NOISES, AND now it's painful and sore. I cant eat or drink anything, because it will cause severe cramping and we'll have the same thing happen again .I hope it goes away soon! Its very uncomfortable and painful, im so dehydrated obviously....

Sunday, April 7, 2024 — lunch time, my son and I ate Hebrew National hot dogs. He mentioned he didn’t feel good as soon as he was done eating. He said his stomach hurt, and laid on the floor. After 10 - 15 minutes he started barfing.
He is 4 years old, He barfed 3 times already. Me (Mom) started feeling sick 20-30 minutes later. I have diarrhea and nausea. It is important to note, my daughter (6), did not eat any hot dogs and has been the only one not sick. I suspect we were food poisoned.

Ate the whopper around 12:30. The texture was awfully dry, but otherwise seemed normal. Began to feel generally unwell and stomach pain around 14:30. By 15:30 I was nauseous and light headed. 16:30, began the severe vomiting and diarrhea, which has continued (currently ongoing). Note: I did
not eat breakfast or anything else prior to the whopper. I drank bottled water at the location, drank the same filtered water as my fiancé at home this morning, and only ate a few fries (which my fiancé also ate, and he’s currently ok). No food since. I’m a molecular biologist with a focus on infectious diseases, and I know what to look for regarding food poisoning cases.
Update 30/03: I actually suspect it's a toxin-producing bacterium, such as *S. aureus*, especially considering the rapid onset of symptoms. We also don't have a high number of norovirus cases in our area, so it's not something that I would consider to be suspicious when weighing other factors like norovirus' incubation period, symptoms like fever and myalgia, and rapid spread. I'm also not in close contact with many other people or shared surfaces, further reducing the index of suspicion. On the other hand, *Staph aureus* is ubiquitously found and the enterotoxins produced are highly heat stable, making it more likely to be the causative agent if the meat was older, improperly handled (especially regarding hygiene practices) or stored, or not cooked to temperature. The more aggressive symptoms are beginning to subside, though I'm definitely not the happiest-of-campers at this time. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Lightheaded

The product was mispacked with a southern fried chicken mix, leading to the undeclared presence of milk, egg, and mustard.
