Mystery Burrito Illness - Taco Bell, Fort Worth Texas

NOT SURE, I ordered a steak burrito supreme( and received, according to my receipt, a beef burrito supreme...) and soggy nacho fries....the burrito was luke warm and very smushy when I started to eat it... Well I received my burrito, it was very smooshy and lukewarm,when I went to eat it. I had noticed when I opened the bag of food, it smelled like Chinese food which was weird to me, but I was hungry. When I bit into the burrito I noticed there was no crunchiness or kind of texture,, besides mush.There were obviously no vegetables, sour cream,, rice,, lettuce, tomatoes,or anything like that .I dont even think there was any meat in it.. I started to scarf it dwn(despite my unsuited re: the smell texture, and temp .. I was starving..it was dark ,and I just didn't even think it could actually b scary.. I ate my soggy nacho fries and cheese.... then ate 1/2 of the burrito in parking lot. The time in between eating the 1st half and 2nd half was app. 1 .5 hrs..I BIT into the other half, and a long piece of what I thought might be lettuce flung down on my lip. I thought it was weird how long it was I'm going to look like, but I did anyways thinking you'll be okay. I finished most of the other half burrito then proceeded to go home approximately 2.5 hours later, , I noticed my stomach seems a little upset . I ended up having to run to the restroom. Having horrible ,horrible cramps, debiIitating. Abdominal cramps , i then proceeded to have severe diarrhea while cramping severely. I then went back to watch TV. About 30 minutes later had to run to the bathroom again, with severe cramps ,sweating, and I proceeded to have diarrhea, but not very much because I hadn't eaten anything but that mystery burrito and your Fry's. I was in the bathroom for approximately two hours sitting on the toilet, involuntarily trying to have a bowel movement ,CRAMPING SEVERELY, I then proceeded to dry heave and A small amount of burrito MYSTERY orange stuff came out. I spent most of my night in the bathroom, I then drank about half a thing of water ,and as soon as I got that down 10 minutes later I had to run to the bathroom AGAIN.I was no longer able to hold THE WATER IN . I'm still very nauseous my stomach Burns,CRAMPS, MAKES AWFUL NOISES, AND now it's painful and sore. I cant eat or drink anything, because it will cause severe cramping and we'll have the same thing happen again .I hope it goes away soon! Its very uncomfortable and painful, im so dehydrated obviously....
