Instructed to clean and organize clutter in the basement. #57- observed no food handler certificate for employee on site. Instructed to provide food handler certificates for each employee on site. Extreme food poisoning, ended up having to leave work early and was rushed to emergency room. I threw up and so much diarrhea that i became very dehydrated which put me in so much stomach pain.
