Got Angus Beef for Stew Meat yesterday from the Downtown San Francisco Trader Joe's. It was the only thing different in my diet, eaten around 8pm. Feel ill today started at 10am and feels like it's getting progressively worse.

Trader Joe’s Shrimp Spring Roll expiration date 7/18/2018. Consumed it immediately after purchase. Thought I tasted something sour but thought it was the vegetable/salad mix inside the roll. Diarrhea 4 hours later. No other food consumed all day.
