Bought pineapple (fresh cut) and an hour later- I started vomiting, diarrhea, and headache from all the vomiting. This is the only food I ate this morning.

I believe it is from the spinach. Ate it in a smoothie Monday and was vomiting and fever Monday night. Ate it again on Wednesday and feeling sick Wednesday night.
