Trader Joe’s chicken arugula salad or blueberries. Purchased from Trader Joe’s on Eastern in Henderson, NV. Became ill on 4/28/24 about 6 hours after eating Trader Joe’s lemon arugula chicken salad and blueberries, so could be either one. Salad wasn’t expired yet according to the label.

Last night, 10/22/22, I ate a bowl of the seasonal Autumnal Harvest Soup from here and experienced hours of stomach pain, diarrhea, and after a few hours projectile vomiting multiple times, which was the end of it and caused me to feel better. My upper esophagus hurts…

Not sure if it’s from here but Ate the southwestern chicken premade salad and later the Chinese chicken salad. Also had a sample of their coffee with cream. 24 hours later got explosive diarrhea.
