I was doing fine all day until I had the Teriyaki Beef and Brocolli Marie Calender meal. About 10-15 minutes after eating it i had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea, and woke up the next morning with a headache, stomach ache, diarrhea, and nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Stomach Pain

Chips Cause Tummy Trouble

Ruffles cheddar and sour cream chips have been giving me a bad tummy ache. The other foods I have are foods I eat all the time, so it's not them that's causing this. What is in there??
