Started very suddenly. Cramping, fever, nausea and uncontrollable vomiting. Diarrhea started later that night.

Similar to recent stories, I fell ill while on vacation in Punta Cana. After about three days of vacation I got violently ill with diarrhea and severe stomach cramps. It went away after about 4 days and then came back even worse a week later and then
a third time 10 days after that. All the same horrible pains, diarrhea and vomiting. I went to the doctor multiple times for testing but nothing came back.

I woke up at 4 AM with a severe migraine headache. I do not get migraine headaches. I hasd this headache the whole day, along with dry heaves, I couldn't keep water down. I eventually went to the onsite medical clinic. The nurse on duty checked my
Blood pressure which was 180 over 130. She gave me an IV along with anti nausea medication. Because of my symptoms, and health history, I was sent by ambulance to Centro Medico Punta Cana emergency room. I was seen by a doctor, she didn't speak English, so there was an issue with being able to communicate my symptoms, and medical history. I had an EKG done, which was negative, so aside from that, I was discharged and we returned to the hotel. I am unsure what caused this episode. I didn't eat a lot the night before, I didn't drink any alcohol, although I did have a bottle of soda from the mini bar. I was really scared, this episode was a eye opener about traveling outside of the Us.

Our stay was in Jan 2017 and we immediately noticed a horrible chemical smell. Burning eyes, nose, throat along with nausea and diarrhea. The resort refused to do anything about it other than come into the room and spray even more chemicals to cover up the smell.
One bathroom was leaking from the ceiling. In addition, I suspect that the alcohol was adulterated. Patron has a particular taste, and this Patron that was shrink wrapped in a very different manner did not taste like Patron. Avoid!

I got so sick thought I was dying. I was nauseous, vomiting, diarrhea, fever and chills. I was leaving that morning It was a terrible transport to the the airport and on the plane. When I called the hotel to report this they said that they had
no report at the hospital. That’s because I traveled home extremely sick. I didn’t want to miss my flight going home. I would never stay there or recommend anyone to stay there.

When ordering I wasn’t done and the guy taking my order became aggravated between 1 and 2 pm 4/5/24 I ordered 2 large chili ..and a kids meal the chili tasted really weird so I didn’t eat much and not long after that I became ill ..cramps vomiting all of it I saved the chili how can I get it tested?

My partner and I stopped in for lunch. We had a warm chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger which we split both in half. Hours later, we were both sick with severe bloating, extreme vomiting, and diarrhea. It lasted 12+ hours. I am certain the food poisoning came
from here, because of the timing and because we both shared the same meal for lunch, both of us with the same reaction. We are both ultra fit men and this knocked us out completely. We were ready to call 911 to get us to a hospital. It was severe.

My son is a very picky eater and today around the same time we both started getting nausea, gas pains, stomach ache, and the only common thing we’ve had was the fair life, chocolate milk that is dated for the best by date of June 27, 2024.

Fleur de sel, has issued a recall for its 60% dark chocolate due to the undeclared presence of milk. The product was distributed during the Easter period in a pop-up boutique of Galeries de la Chaudière, located at 1116 Boulevard Vachon Nord, Sainte-Marie, QC, Canada. The recall
was initiated after a case of allergic reaction associated with the consumption of this food was reported to MAPAQ.
The product, labeled as "Dark Chocolate 60% Lactose-Free," may contain milk despite not being listed on the label. The chocolate comes in variable sizes and applies to all batches that do not include the mention of the presence of milk. The product was packaged in a clear plastic bag with a fabric loop and a label stating "Lactose Free."
Consumers who suffer from a milk allergy should not consume this product. Please return it to the establishment where they purchased it.

ProBox, a food company based in Ireland, has issued a recall for all of its Just Smoothie products. The recall is due to the company not having the required approval to produce these items, and for using an incorrect approval number.
The recalled products include Just Smoothie
The recalled products include Just Smoothie
Banana & Mango, Just Smoothie Forest Berries, Just Smoothie Strawberry & Banana, and any other ProBox Just Smoothie products. All of these items come in a 250 ml pack size. The recall applies to all batches and best before dates of these products.
