Wednesday December 20, 2023. Purchased Great 8 meal and chicken finger plate. Two individuals sick with food poisoning. Went to Fast Pace Urgent Care in Portland, TN. Experiencing two days of vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills, light-headed, dehydration. Diagnosis: food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dehydration, Chills

4 of us stopped for a quick lunch passing through to Chicago. Two people had quarter pounders, one had hamburgers, one had nuggets. We all had drinks. We’re are all sick from both ends hours later.
