- comments: observed no city of chicago certified food manager on site with valid original certificate while preparing with milk, and heavy cream. Instructed to provide at least one certificate holder as required while open and operating. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-012. Citation issued.

- comments: observed excessive spider and cobwebs in all corners throughout front prep, rear prep and storage area hanging from ceiling. Instructed to remove and maintain.

- comments: observed rear dry storage space in need of cleaning and organizing. Instructed to remove all unneccesary items and elevate properly at least 6 inches off floor and maintain premise.
