También tenía escalofríos extremos. No pude comunicarme con el teléfono o llamé al 911. Sucedió el 24/4/18. Comí solo una pequeña cantidad de sándwich debido a lo empapado que estaba. Muy enfermo a las 6:30pm el mismo día. Duró varias horas.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos, Escalofríos

Crunvhwrap & chalupa box with sierra mist. They didn't give me a bag just handed me the boxes (9pm). At 2 am the vomiting and diarrhea started and has not stopped (10 am now)  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos
