Eatting from there hours ago Around 6 or 7 pm I got hungry and eat there and after a minute my stomach rumble a bit while I was working door dash, hours later I threw up working and after I finish my order I parked anywhere and started to feel worst and now I threw up more  | Síntomas: Vómitos

I ate the Field Greens Salad with chicken (exp date 12/5/19) yesterday about 12pm for lunch. I started feeling very nauseous about 5pm and spent all night vomiting. I have a 100.3 fever today and have just been drinking sips of water and sprite.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos, Fiebre

Cooked Shrimp, He ate 1/2 a cooked shrimp and said it tasted mealy, not crunchy, slimy. He threw the rest out. Within 45 minutes he felt sharp stabbing pains and massive fires he’s.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea
