Both husband and I had steaks, baked pot and side salads...probably the salad? Sick all night and all day. My husband couldn’t get off the couch...unless it was a trip to the bathroom. I eat ice cream and cold mild in Santa Barbara. I felt uncomfortable since morning. I took flight from SBA to Albuquerque. And in the flight I drink orange juice. I had diarrhea at Phoenix airport.
