Comía en mcdonalds antes del trabajo, luego comenzó a sentir náuseas y debilidad. Después de vomitar dos veces y ver todo girar, me fui y vomité de camino a casa y luego 4 veces más hasta que me quedé dormido. Duró unas 10 horas en total. Ni siquiera podía beber agua porque la vomitaba.  | Síntomas: Náusea, Vómitos, Debilidad
