30/05/19, 6pm ish comió el crujiente sándwich de pollo con parma, palitos de mozzarella y unos 5 aros de cebolla. A las 3 de la mañana de esta mañana, diarrea horrible, vómitos y escalofríos. Y para ser gráfico, huele igual que cuando entró, así que no hay duda. Siento que me estoy muriendo. Burrito and/or chips and queso at Qdoba, I felt weird this morning before going to work. I went to the bathroom and had pretty bad diarrhea. I thought nothing of it, and then I went to work.
