19 年 5 月 30 日，下午 6 点 ish 吃了脆皮鸡肉帕尔姆三明治、马苏里拉奶酪棒和大约 5 个洋葱圈。到今天凌晨 3 点，可怕的腹泻、呕吐和发冷。而且要生动地说，它闻起来就像进去一样，所以毫无疑问。感觉就像我快死了。抽筋太糟糕了，它们使我的卵巢受伤。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 寒战

Burrito and/or chips and queso at Qdoba, I felt weird this morning before going to work. I went to the bathroom and had pretty bad diarrhea. I thought nothing of it, and then I went to work. I was forced to leave work early due to intense nausea and the need to vomit. I got home and vomited  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
