On September 19th a little after 2pm I went to McDonald's and I ordered a Number 2. Then shortly after I got super nauseous and then ended up vomiting and having diarrhea. I was sick that rest of the day and also the next day. I am also pregnant so It took a big tole on me and my baby.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I had a Spicy Italian on Italian Herb and Cheese Bread on Wednesday, August 22. I had violent Diarrhea on the morning of August 23 and still having diarrhea once a day yet on Aug. 25. That was the only food I ate on Aug. 22.  | 症状: 腹泻

I went in around 5:30 pm to Walmart on 41st and Louise Ave. Sioux Falls SD and ordered a Turkey Bacon footlong sub. Ate half of the sandwich and went to a movie. Stomach started turning around 8 and I got home and decided to lay down.… 更多
