On September 19th a little after 2pm I went to McDonald's and I ordered a Number 2. Then shortly after I got super nauseous and then ended up vomiting and having diarrhea. I was sick that rest of the day and also the next day. I am also pregnant so It took a big tole on me and my baby.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had a Spicy Italian on Italian Herb and Cheese Bread on Wednesday, August 22. I had violent Diarrhea on the morning of August 23 and still having diarrhea once a day yet on Aug. 25. That was the only food I ate on Aug. 22.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
