Estoy bastante seguro de que la carne era vieja o dejada fuera. Era un montón de frijoles y carne no mucha fibra por lo que podría ser una combinación de pimientos picantes y alimentos en mal estado, etc Tal vez limpiadores u otros problemas como el moho.
