I ate there last week and got sick with diarrhea but couldnt tell if it was from panera or taco bell the day before. Then I went there again tonight and bam same exact symptoms as last week. Panera bread’s avocado melt and chicken noodle soup, I was fine for a few hours but I got stomach cramps early the next morning. I ate at about 9 or 10 at night. The next day I woke up with diarrhea.
