After eating a chicken bowl with pinto beans, brown rice, chesse, lettuce, and Guacamole, I immediately became ill and spent some time in the restroom and this was my night at well. On Saturday I got a sofritas bowl with brown rice, mild salsa, sour cream, lettuce and cheese. Got diarrhea 2 hours later. Next day vomiting and diaherra. Monday I had to go to doctor from being dehydrated. I'm still nauseous today.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos
