After eating a chicken bowl with pinto beans, brown rice, chesse, lettuce, and Guacamole, I immediately became ill and spent some time in the restroom and this was my night at well. I woke up in the morning same issue now with nausea and a fever. I have never felt this bad before.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

点了 barbacoa 卷饼（糙米，黑豆，温和的莎莎酱，热莎莎，玉米莎莎，奶酪，淡生菜和酸奶油）加鳄梨调味酱的一面。胃变得非常臃肿和不适之后立即。过夜和现在早上都有严重的腹部痉挛和腹泻。没有食物过敏，免疫系统达到 100％。食用 Chipotle 食物后，症状立即开始，持续了大约 15 个小时。

I had a chicken burrito with brown rice, salsa, sour cream and cheese, went home, at lunch and when I got to work, I had severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea. It wasn't until the next day I started to feel nauseated and have random "hot" spells.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

On Saturday I got a sofritas bowl with brown rice, mild salsa, sour cream, lettuce and cheese. Got diarrhea 2 hours later. Next day vomiting and diaherra. Monday I had to go to doctor from being dehydrated. I'm still nauseous today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Chicken bowl, brown rice, black beans, fajitas, medium salsa, sour cream, cheese, guac.
At around 10pm Friday and was violently ill Saturday 9am and lasted all day. It's Sunday and I still feel naseaus but not throwing up  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
