I went to Chipotle and ordered the rice bowl with chicken, brown rice, salsa, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. An hour later I started feeling nauseated and my stomach was hurting severely. I have been having diarrhea and if it keeps on I'm going to the hospital.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

有带糙米、莎莎酱、酸奶油和长叶菜的鸡碗。我每次去这里都会收到这个。直到今天才有任何问题。吃完饭的 1/2 路程我感到有点不安，但以为那只是轻气，会过去的。但是，我吃完饭后几分钟就出现了大规模的腹泻。从那以后我一直经常去洗手间旅行。排除了我的早餐和昨天的饭菜。

May 21 btwn 3:30 to 11:30 pm chicken borrito bowls: brown rice, corn, black beans, pinto beans cheese, sour cream. Stomach ache about 4 hours later...vomiting (on busy U.S.23) later that night...diarrhea for 2 days so far. I'm done with chipotle.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在星期六晚上 9 点左右吃过饭。我订购的鸡肉碗里有糙米、奶酪和 Tomatillo-Green Chili salsa。凌晨 3 点，我感到恶心、断断续续地呕吐，并且有爆炸性腹泻，直到 6 点我能够入睡。已经过去了将近 15 个小时，我还在卧床不起，身体疼痛和发冷。我的 Fiancã© 订购了同样的东西，但是用了不同的莎莎酱，他一直没事。我猜绿色莎莎是罪魁祸首。

Went there around 3 pm for lunch on my work break, had a burrito bowl to go with barbacoa with brown rice, lettuce, mild salsa, cheese, and lot of the fajitas/onions. About 25-30 minutes later, had three episodes then had to go home early from my constant… 更多
