May 21 btwn 3:30 to 11:30 pm chicken borrito bowls: brown rice, corn, black beans, pinto beans cheese, sour cream. Stomach ache about 4 hours later...vomiting (on busy U.S.23) later that night...diarrhea for 2 days so far. I'm done with chipotle.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
