Chipotle
Had the chicken bowl w/ brown rice, salsa, sour cream, and romaine. I get this every single time I go here. Never had any issues until today. I felt a bit uneasy about 1/2way through the meal, but thought it was just light gas and would pass. However, I came down with massive diarrhea just minutes after finishing the meal. I've been constantly taking trips to the restroom ever since. Ruled out my breakfast and yesterday's meals. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas
