I ordered a burrito with brown rice, steak, black and pinto beans, cheese, guacamole, lettuce, and mild salsa on 8/18.

Had a chicken bowl on Wednesday brown rice beans cheese lettuce sour cream. That night I was unbelievablely sick. Almost a week later and I still can't keep anything down and my stomach is still cramping. I will never eat at chipotle again!  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋

I Had a veggie bowl and chips. What was in my Veggie bowl, brown rice, beans, cheese, sour cream, mild salsa, corn, lettuce, And guacamole. I also had a bag of your chips. I got home and I've felt nauseous and vomiting . I love Chipotle and eat there often. This has never happen.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
