我订购了一个半只鸡半个 barbacoa 碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、辣椒和莎莎酱。一个小时左右我感觉还不错，然后发烧和剧烈头痛然后呕吐。呕吐后我感觉好些了，但是一周后头痛和发烧仍然伴有腹泻，导致我停工。

Went to Chipotle, had a bowl with brown rice, black beans, steak, mild and medium salsa, corn, sour cream on the side, cheese, and lots of lettuce.

Steak was pretty rare, but thought nothing at the time. Ended up vomiting, having severe nausea, and constant diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

上午 11:45 我订购了一个鸡肉卷饼，配糙米和平托豆。我开车 5 分钟到 Costco 吃了一半。开始在外面的灌木丛里呕吐。然后轰炸了浴室。回家（30分钟车程）。开车时又扔在路边和杯子里。整晚都在出汗、发冷、呕吐和 diahrea...Chipotle 再也不会了

I got food poisoning from here a year ago and recently tried giving it another try. I got it again. I got their chicken bowl with brown rice salsa sour cream and cheese. I used to eat here all the time until I got food poisoning and become really ill for a days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
