Anoche me comí un sándwich de albóndigas marinara. He estado vomitando y tengo diarrea durante las últimas 16 horas. También tengo escalofríos. Me sentí mal una hora después de comer.

Ate a six inch meatball marinara with no salad only cheese and toasted. Meatballs were only warm. Severe sickness and diarrhea monday morning and through to tuesday. Nothing else eaten differently. Had a pepsi with ice also.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
