昨晚我吃了一个肉丸 marinara 潜艇。在过去的 16 个小时里，我一直在呕吐并出现腹泻。我也有发冷。吃完一小时后我感到恶心。
我吃了 1 英尺长。家里没有其他人吃过同样的东西。我吃了大约 30 分钟后症状就开始了  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战

Ate a six inch meatball marinara with no salad only cheese and toasted. Meatballs were only warm. Severe sickness and diarrhea monday morning and through to tuesday. Nothing else eaten differently. Had a pepsi with ice also.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
