My wife and I had lunch yesterday. She had the Fuji apple Salad (with Green Goddess dressing) and turkey sandwich. I had a tuna sandwich and mac-n-cheese. I shared some of her salad with her. We both got sick within 30 of eating with the same symptoms. Gas, Diarrhea, and minor headache.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Cefalea, Gas

Went for lunch and we got southwest egg rolls, Thai chicken wraps and I got the filet medallions and ahi tuna. For dinner I had chicken tenders and a little mac and cheese at HopCat.
