We bought oysters from wegmans. Wife is pregnant she got vibrio. She has an active rash on her hands and is very sick

I ate pork friend rice and started violently throwing up an hour after I ate it. I threw up for almost 3 hours then had diarrhea and then felt very dehydrated., That was it. Sushi (Philadelphia crab roll) from wegmans , I ate the sushi around 8 and woke up around 1 or 2 am with severe diarrhea. (I was the only one who ste the sushi). I went, and went back to bed.
