2. City of chicago food service sanitation certificate
- comments: no city of chicago certified manager on site while handling tcs foods (ham, turkey, etc). Instd to provide at all times. Citation issued 7-38-012 priority foundation
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: handwash sink in front prep area not accessible, leaking profusely underneath when water turned on. Instd to repair and maintain handwash sink. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c)
50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: no hot running water through out premises, water at 64. 8f-65. 0f. Instd to provide hot running water under city pressure at handwash sinks (100f-120f) and at least 110f at 3-compartment sink at all times. Citation issued priority 7-38-030
